A few house rules to ensure the space stays great for all users:

• Please clean up after your event (we do not provide cleaning services).
• Proper cleanup is required; failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee or impact future rental requests.

Alcohol policy: Guests may bring their own alcohol for personal use, but private sales are strictly prohibited. If you plan to have a licensed establishment cater alcohol sales, submit your request (including the vendor's liquor license, insurance, and SDL-Local Recommendation form) at least one month prior to your event—and no later than 48 hours before the second Thursday of the month—for board approval at our regular board meeting per state requirements. Late submissions may be denied or incur a $150 fee for a Special Meeting.
